Size Specifications

The size you choose represents the size of the screen.  The actual enclosure is slightly larger than the screen.  You'll want to double check measurements to ensure you have the right space.  You'll need to add in a few inches of buffer space between all walls and the ceiling and you'll need at least 10-12 feet of distance.

Shipping Information

All simulator enclosures, launch monitors and simulator accessories will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Shipping rates are a flat $750 to account for multiple vendors and multiple oversize/overweight items.

After placing your order, an Austad's Golf simulator pro will reach out to confirm all details and to ensure the sizing and specs are correct before we move forward.

Processing And Shipping Times

Golf simulator orders will take 5-10 business days to process and ship. The extended processing time is to allow for order verification and coordination with our vendor partners.

Installation

Professional installation by Austad's team is available for an additional fee within 100 miles of our retail stores. If you choose to have our team install your simulator, we will work with you to coordinate a date and time for installation. Most simulators are installed within 3-8 hours over the course of one day.

Hawaii, Alaska and International Orders

Unfortunately we do not ship simulators to Hawaii, Alaska or to countries other than the United States.

Sales Tax Details

Austad's Golf has physical locations and charges sales tax on orders shipping to the following states: Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.  Orders shipping to states other than the five listed will not be charged sales tax.

Yes! This kit can be ordered in standard sizes or completely customized to fit your garage, basement, or business space. Contact our team with your dimensions, and we’ll tailor the enclosure and screen so it fits perfectly.
Is Installation Difficult?

Not at all! The DIY kit is designed for easy assembly with simple tools. Most customers can complete the build within a day. If you’d rather skip the hardware store, order the Pipe Framing Kit and you’ll have a pre-cut frame ready to snap together.

Or if you want to make things really easy, Austad's offers worry-free installation. We take care of everything so all you have to do is get ready to play.
How much space do I need for this simulator?

You’ll need enough height and depth to swing comfortably. We recommend at least 10'W x 10'H x 16'D, but the actual space will depend on your setup. Keep in mind you’ll also want a buffer space behind the screen (minimum 8", ideally 12") for safety and best performance.
