Ecommerce Content & Merchandising Coordinator
Austad’s Golf is looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role is essential in shaping the online customer experience and supporting the growth of Austads.com. The Ecommerce Coordinator will manage
product merchandising, execute promotions, and create compelling on-site content—including graphics, banners, articles, landing pages, and videos.
This position blends hands-on ecommerce operations with digital content creation. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to ensure products are accurately represented, site content stays fresh and on-brand, and online promotions are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and brings both creativity and analytical thinking to the table.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Merchandising & Site Management
- Set up and maintain all product pages, ensuring accurate details, specs, and imagery
- Implement and manage cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- Execute all online promotions, including pricing updates, discount codes, and page adjustments.
- Create and update homepage and category banners; manage placement and scheduling.
- Refresh key landing pages regularly to improve UX and conversion.
Content Creation & Digital Assets
- Create on-site content as directed, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Assist in designing graphics for the website, emails, paid ads, and social media.
- Support basic video editing and creation for product spotlights, lifestyle content, and promotional assets.
- Assist with designing in-store signage and printed marketing pieces.
Marketing Support & Analytics
- Provide ideas and insights based on ecommerce trends, competitive research, and website performance.
- Assist with maintaining executive dashboards and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to support broader campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Ai tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Quick learner and open to developing skills with unfamiliar tools
- Competency with graphic design tools (Canva required).
- Excellent written communication skills; ability to write clean, engaging web content.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
- Basic video editing ability (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent).
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
- Experience supporting omnichannel marketing initiatives.
- Creative eye for design, layout, and digital storytelling.
- Experience in retail, sporting goods, or golf (a major plus).
- Passion for the game of golf or interest in the industry.
Sales Associate/Club Fitter - Des Moines, IA | Sioux Falls, SD | Rapid City, SD | Sioux City, IA | Fargo, ND | Omaha, NE | Lincoln, NE | St Cloud, MN
We are currently seeking talented individuals who love golf to work as custom club fitters and sales associates for several of our top locations. We're looking for both full and part time individuals. If you love golf and love working with people, this could be the job opportunity that you've been waiting for!
Tasks:
- Works with customers to create a "perfect experience" that they will want to share with others
- Successfully completes custom fitting training and works with customers in the hitting cage to find the right golf clubs
- Helps manage the store aesthetic and merchandising to maximize sales at the direction of store management
- Voices ideas/strategies to store management based on what is seen on the sales floor
- Helps create a store culture that is fun, engaging and productive
Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a passion for people
- Must have a passion of golf
- Strong communicator
- Self-starter - ability to take the lead and get things done without being asked
- Results oriented
- Retail experience not required but is preferable

Do you love golf? Do you love tinkering with golf equipment? If so, this could be the job for you. Austad's is looking for a devoted Repair Specialist who can help build, fix, regrip, restore and beautify golf clubs! If you are interested but not yet trained in these skills, fear not! If you have a passion for golf, a curious mind and devotion to learning the trade Austad's can train you to be a Master Club Builder and a key part of our business. Our Repair Specialists Regrip, re-shaft, fix, restore, stamp, paint and decorate golf clubs. It's about as fun as hitting the green in two on a par 5. This Build/Repair Specialist should:
