Orders of 4 dozen or less are printed in-house at Austad's Golf. Your Master Fitters are also your Master Printers!
Austad's offers 6 awesome ways to customize your golf balls. Text (up to 3 lines, 17 characters each, 6 different color choices), Logo, Bullzeye Alignment, Monogram, Photo and Novelty.
How long will it take to receive my custom golf balls?
If your order is between one and four dozen, your golf balls will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and it can take anywhere from one to 5 business days after processing to receive your order.
Orders over 4 dozen will be processed and shipped from the manufacturer. Lead time for those orders is currently 2-8 weeks. Our Customs Team will follow up with more details after your order is placed.
Can my custom golf balls be returned?
No. Custom golf balls are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
For Text, Bullzeye and Novelty golf balls, notify us within 12 hours of placing your order for any changes. Changes for Logo, Photo and Monogram Golf Ball orders can be made up until you give final approval.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Notify us within 12 hours of placing your order and we may be able to cancel. Austad's cannot guarantee that any order outside the 12 hour window will be able to be cancelled.

Do you offer discounts for larger custom ball orders?
Possibly. If you are purchasing for a tournament or event, please reach out to us at customerservice@austadgolf or 1-800-444-1234 and we will be happy to discuss options with you.
Will I be able to see a preview of my custom ball before it ships?
Yes! For Text, Novelty and Bullzeye personalization you will see how your golf ball will look as you design it. For Logo, Monogram and Photo golf balls, we will send you a digital proof of your golf ball within 3 business days. Your order will not move forward until we receive your approval for logo, monogram or photo golf balls.
Can you personalize any golf ball?
Most golf balls can be personalized. Any white golf ball that does not feature vendor markings (alignment aids, logos, Hex or PIX) can be customized with any of our options.
Most colored golf balls can be personalized with certain options, although some colors do not show as clearly.
Can I personalize two sides of the golf ball?
Yes! You can personalize two poles with any personalization options except Bullzeye. Additional costs apply
