Our Sim Caddies will review your order details, including enclosure size, launch monitor selection, technology requirements, and room dimensions (if provided).
2. Personal Follow-Up
If we have any questions or recommendations, we'll contact you directly to confirm your setup is the right fit for your space.
3. Order Processing
Once everything is confirmed, we'll submit your order to our trusted vendor partners, typically within 24 business hours.
4. Tracking & Delivery
You'll receive shipping confirmations and tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing.
- Delivery times vary by product and destination.
- Some simulator packages may ship in multiple boxes and arrive on different days.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We stand behind the products we sell and want you to shop with confidence.
If your simulator package or accessory isn't the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in like-new condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and components
- Be free from damage, excessive wear, or modifications
For technology products such as launch monitors, projectors, computers, and tablets:
- Products must be unregistered
- Products must be undamaged and fully functional
- Computers, tablets, software, and subscription products are non-returnable
Return Costs
- All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Austad's Golf can assist with discounted return shipping rates
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Note the damage when signing for delivery.
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
Austad's Golf will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products and work quickly to get replacement items on the way.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Before Shipment
- Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
- For orders where payment has already been captured, up to 3% in credit card processing fees may be non-refundable.
After Shipment
- Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as a standard return and are subject to return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
Additional Return Information
Registered or Used Technology
Technology products that have been registered, activated, or show signs of use may be subject to a 40% refurbishment/restocking fee if they can no longer be sold as new.
Final Sale Items
